Rafael Mitsuo is a natural biologist. After taking a BSc. degree in Biology, he worked for five years as a researcher in the Atlantic Forest on coast of São Paulo, focusing on the publication of articles and scientific notes on the natural history of species from various groups. During this period, he had the opportunity to daily exercise a fundamental skill of any naturalist: the observation of nature and species. With a camera always in hand, watching has evolved to sharing. Nowadays, he is dedicated to recording and sharing the stories of the natural world through his eyes and lenses. Rafael believes that images tell stories and stories have the power to transform and shape attitudes in favor of the environmental conservation.
